
This four-week in-person course is based on mind-body sciences and the work of John Kabat Zinn who specializes in using mindfulness meditation to empower individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. You will learn the ancient techniques of sitting meditation, walking and movement meditation, and other mindfulness practices which you can then incorporate into modern daily living — allowing you to live a more skillful and joyful life.
